Description
Rocket Espresso has developed a combined coffee press and leveling tool in stainless steel, which makes the barista more efficient. Suits filter holders for the E62 group.

This is how it works:
  • After grinding espresso in the filter holder, place the profiled surface against the coffee and spin 2-4 times without pressing down. The coffee is evenly distributed in the filter holder.
  • Then turn the tool over so that the flat surface points towards the coffee and squeeze the coffee as usual.
The tool is adjustable, to be adapted to your filter holder and the amount of espresso you use.

The product should not be washed in the dish-washer
