Orders placed via the web shop or at one of our physical stores are delivered quickly and easily either by Monteriva or by an intermediary depending on where your delivery address is located.
Check your delivery immediately and report within three (3) days, from the time you received your goods, if something is wrong or missing. Make a report to espresso@monteriva.se. You can find information here about what applies to the delivery of a damaged machine
For companies, door-to-door delivery within Greater Stockholm is free of charge for orders over SEK 2,000 excluding VAT, for orders under that amount, SEK 140 excluding VAT will be charged.
If you have an agreement with us, other conditions may apply.
Transports over 30 kg can only be sent after agreement on transport method and cost.
If you have VAT registration, we can send goods without charging VAT. Please contact us for more information.
For delivery with transport companies, the transport time is 1-3 working days depending on the delivery method. If an item is out of stock and the delivery time is estimated to exceed one week, we will contact you.
Equipment to be installed at the customer is delivered as agreed.

For private individuals, delivery takes place within Sweden to your nearest DHL Service Point. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Cold beverages place special demands on transport; they must be delivered on pallets. If any of these goods are included in an order, it is delivered free of charge provided that the purchase amounts to at least SEK 5,000 excluding VAT. When ordering below this amount, shipping with SEK 500 excluding VAT (625 including VAT) will be added.DELIVERY TERMS: EU
