Iced Latte

Iced latte can be made in so many different ways. Crispy, fluffy, thin, creamy, strong, weak, flavored, natural... yes, there are many options to choose from. One thing they have in common is that the drink should be cooling on a hot summer’s day.

We all know that people prefer different versions and that’s why we have created four recipes that you can start from. The one thing all our recipes have in common is a double espresso, 2 dl milk, approximately 6-8 ice cubes and possibly flavouring or sweetening. Create your favourite drink and experiment with quantities and ingredients until you feel completely satisfied!

Crispy – To get an iced latte with crushed ice with a slush-like texture, you simply mix everything together in a blender, maybe adding some more ice cubes.

Fluffy – Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients and start your day with a fluffy iced latte.

Thin – Brew the espresso and add any flavouring or sweetening while it’s still warm. Stir and fill the glass with ice. Finish off by pouring in the milk and stir with a long spoon or straw to mix thoroughly.

Creamy – If you want the drink to be thicker you can add some cream. Start by brewing the espresso, add any flavouring or sweetener and cool it by adding an ice cube or two in the cup. Then use a cocktail shaker to whip the cream while the espresso is cooling down. Pour the espresso into the cream and add milk and ice. Shake all ingredients.
