Caffè Moka
Caffè Moka is just like espresso a brewing method. It is the most common brewing method in Italy, Spain and Portugal.
To brew moka you need a moka pot, finely grinded coffee and preferably espresso cups for serving. Moka pots come in different sizes and should always be brewed to their maximum capacity.

- Fill with cold water until just under the pressure-release valve.
- Dose coffee without packing it in the filter.
- Screw together the brewer and turn on the stove at high heat.
- When the water approaches the boiling point, it is pushed through the coffee. The pressure is lower than at espresso brewing and the water temperature is higher.
