Latte macchiato

Latte macchiato is thoroughly frothed milk stained with coffee that’s brewed on an espresso machine.

Froth milk and pour into a glass. Then brew a single espresso in a small, pre-heated, stainless-steel jug. Pour the coffee gently into the milk to get a layering. It’s important to let the milk rest in the glass before you add the coffee.
