REGULAR CLEANING
It’s important to regularly clean the machine for the coffee to taste good. Follow these simple steps to serve good coffee throughout the day.

Shake the coffee grounds out of the handle when you get the chance. Start the brewing process and rinse the handles. Coffee grounds that are left for a longer period of time will burn and coffee residues will build up in the outlet the more coffee you brew.

Blow out the steam pipe both before and after milk frothing. Wipe off the steam wand with the Latte cloth after frothing.

Polish the machine regularly with at Macchina cloth sprayed with Puly Igienic to keep the machine fresh and shiny.
