ROCKET ESPRESSO
Rocket Espresso was started by the New Zealander Andrew Meo and Italian Daniele Berembruch with a specific goal: create beautiful hand-made espresso machines that make the best espresso. They say "Fatto a Mano", we say “hand-made” and the world says “perfection”.

Some people say that the espresso machines made by the Italian company in the 80s are legendary. Rocket Espresso bought the rights to make them and in recent years, they have worked towards creating the best experience for all coffee lovers. They make coffee machines and accessories, for example froth jugs and presses.
COFFEE MACHINES

Rocket Espresso has made the following coffee machines that we stock spare parts for and have great knowledge of. Giotto and Cellini (now Mozzafiato) are the most common espresso machines. The name suggests the shape of the machine, the construction is otherwise the same for the corresponding design.

PREMIUM PLUS, PLUS, PLUS V2, APPARTAMENTO

These machines only take water from the built-in tank and have a vibratory pump. Temperature control with pressure switch, thermosyphon heat exchanger and vibrato[HH1] ry pump. We list predecessors to these machines under the brand ECM.

  • Giotto Premium Plus
  • Giotto Plus
  • Giotto Giro d'Italia Limited Edition - anniversary machine limited edition 100 numbered machines. No 2/100 is set up in our store.
  • Cellini Premium Plus
  • Cellini Classic
  • Appartamento (launched in 2016)

PLUS PID / PID

Rocket Espresso Plus PID is a further development of Plus V2. Temperature control is done with PID, which means that the temperature is read with an NTC and regulated electronically. The temperature can be adjusted on a display that is hidden under the spill tray. The boiler is insulated, which reduces electricity consumption.

  • Cellini Plus PID

TYPE V

Rocket Espresso Type V is a sequel to Plus PID/PID with an updated design. Temperature control is done with PID, which means that the temperature is read with an NTC and regulated electronically. The temperature can be adjusted on a display that is hidden under the spill tray. The boiler is insulated, which reduces electricity consumption.

  • Giotto Type V (launched in early 2017)
  • Mozzafiato Type V (launched in early 2017)

EVOLUZIONE

Rocket Espresso Evoluzione can take water from the built-in tank or connection to the water network. The waste water tray can be emptied manually or connected to a drain. Rotary pump that provides quieter running and fast delivery of correct pressure. With the launch of the V2, the color of the pressure gauges changed from light to black. In addition, the boiler is insulated on V2, which reduces energy consumption.

EVOLUZIONE R

Rocket Espresso Evoluzione R is a sequel to Evoluzione V2. In addition to several changed design details, Evoluzione R now also has electronic temperature control PID/NTC. The advantages of electronic temperature control are that you can easily adjust the temperature on a digital panel and that you avoid the mechanical sound that exists with a mechanical pressure switch that clicks when it switches the element on and off. Evoluzione R can take water from the built-in tank or connection to water networks. The waste water tray can be emptied manually or connected to a drain. Rotary pump that provides quieter running and fast delivery of correct pressure. The boilers are insulated, which reduces energy consumption.

  • Giotto Evoluzione R (launched in early 2017)
  • Mozzafiato Evoluzione R (launched in early 2017)

CRONOMETRO V

Rocket Espresso Cronometro V follows up Type V with a shot timer and energy saving mode. This model also has a vibratory pump.

  • Giotto Cronometro V
  • Mozzafiato Cronometro V

CRONOMETRO R

Cronometro R follows Evoluzione R with a shot timer and energy saving mode. Rotary pump and possibility to connect water and drain are included from the previous model.

  • Giotto Cronometro R
  • Mozzafiato Cronometro R

TWO BOILERS

Today Rocket Espresso has three models with completely separate boilers for coffee brewing and steam/hot water. The temperature is regulated individually with PID. The espresso machines have a built-in water tank but can also be connected to water networks. The rotary pump, which is the most common pump in large espresso machines, is located in R58 and R60 V. R Nine One has a volumetric permanent magnet pump as well as a water-filled brew group (not an E61 that most models on the market have).

  • R58
  • R Cinquantotto (launched in 2020)
  • R60 V
  • R Nine One (launched in late 2017)

PORTA VIA

Rocket Espresso Porta Via was presented in 2018 with a completely new concept The thought behind Porta Via is to enable smooth movement of the espresso machine as hand luggage by boat, train and even by plane. The portable box has space for all accessories and accessories needed to brew a perfect coffee in all environments.

  • Porta Via (launched in late 2017)
