We are available to everyone during our Stockholm store's opening hours, which are weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm.
Customers who run a café or restaurant, or if you have signed a service agreement, have access to our on-call service around the clock on our switchboard number.

Shop, workshop and warehouse are located on Södermalm's eastern point, next to the Danvikstull bridge. In the shop there are plenty of models of home machines and semi-professional machined connected for testing. Most professional machine models are also set up. Coffee, accessories and everything else on the website can also be purchased from us. For service questions, please contact our service department directly at service@monteriva.se where you get an answer directly from a service technician. When handing in a machine for service, no booking is required.
