Cappuccino is coffee brewed in an espresso machine with frothed milk. The milk makes the coffee milder and sweeter.

A cappuccino is served in a cup of 150-170 ml with a single espresso as a base. If serving in a take-away cup or our glass cup for cappuccino, it should be served based on a double espresso, as the milk volume is substantially larger with a volume of 250 ml. The milk should be very frothy and in total, the milk with its foam should be twice the amount of the espresso. This should give the drink the proportions of 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk and 1/3 foam.

To brew an espresso you need an espresso machine and a grinder.
