* We will provide fast deliveries of all the products we have.

* Our products and services must meet and exceed our own, our customers’ and other stakeholders' requirements.
*We must constantly review our working methods to improve ourselves and our business.
* This policy is re-evaluated every year after a customer survey and compilation of data has been done.

We are ISO 9001 certified, which means that we continuously perform quality work. This work is constantly reviewed with the aim of ensuring that we always do our best and meet the standards required by ISO 9001.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Monteriva Kaffe AB shall work to minimize its own and customers' environmental impact as far as it is ecologically justified, technically possible and economically reasonable. We do this by:
* Offer environmentally friendly products, where required.
* Have an ongoing dialogue with customers, authorities and suppliers about future environmentally friendly alternatives.
* Select and develop environmentally friendly working methods, products and systems, as far as possible.
* Increase our knowledge and our commitment to environmental issues that affect us.
* Sort our waste at source, choose environmentally friendly materials and return packaging materials and prevent pollution as far as possible.
* Identify, interpret and comply with the environmental laws and other environmental requirements that affect our business.

* This environmental policy must be reconsidered each time a new environmental assessment is made.
