Cimbali

In 1930 Cimbali started to produce coffee machines. The technology at the time was based on a vertically placed cooker being heated mainly by coal or wood. In 1945 Cimbali released a machine with two independent vertical cookers that can be used by 3 to 6 brew groups. For the first time, the cookers are placed at the front of the machine, which meant that you no longer needed to get round the machine to work.
