Macchiato

Caffè Macchiato is coffee brewed on an espresso machine with a stain of frothed milk. The small amount of milk makes the coffee softer and gives a slightly sweeter taste.

Brew a single espresso in an espresso cup. Froth a small amount of milk and pour over the espresso. The amount of milk is not exact, and the best way is to pour the milk in the cup in front of the customer and ask how much is desired.
