Aurora Single High (Aurora SGH) brews the coffee directly in a portable serving station.
The touch panel is easy to use, especially when using the pre-programmed programs: mild, medium and dark roast.

However, professional baristas and roasters can optimise every part of the brewing process, such as water temperature, coffee-water ratio, soaking and brewing time. If you want to create your own blends or if you serve single-origin coffee, this is of special interest to you. In addition to all this, you can also use water by-pass if desired.
