Press coffee
Press coffee has its origin in France and is similar in taste to brewed coffee. It’s a nice way of serving the coffee, but needs a little time before you can drink it.
Dose ground coffee in the coffee press. A suitable amount for the 3-cup press is approximately 25 grams.
Pour over hot water, 90 - 96 degrees C in the press. Stir with a spoon and put on the lid.
Let it steep for about 4 minutes. Then press the plunger down. Serve.
