Chai Organic

Organic Chai is a spicy tea that can be used both to brew a wonderful cup of chai tea but also to make a healthier version, and according to many better version, of chai latte. This golden tea consists of black tea and a lot of good chai spices.

To create a chai latte, you start by brewing a small portion of chai tea. While it is brewing, you should skim or heat in a saucepan about the same proportion of milk. Strain the tea or remove the tea strainer and mix in a little honey or sugar to the desired sweetening level. Then pour in the warm milk.
Top the chai latte with a little sifted cinnamon or cardamom if you want and enjoy the home-made masterpiece!
