Warranty & Service

When buying a new espresso machine or coffee grinder for home use, warranty and service for 3 years are included. This applies to espresso machines and grinders for home use or semi-pro machines. Warranty and service for 3 years means that you can come to us with your machine for 3 years and get it fixed at no extra cost.

We recommend that you change gasket and strainer once per year for optimal performance. For 3 years you can submit your machine to us and we will change the gasket and strainer at no cost. You can of course bring in any other warranty or service matters to us within these 3 years and we will resolve it quickly and free of charge. We want you to be able to easily maintain the quality of your equipment so that the coffee always tastes exactly the way you want it.

This applies to brand new espresso machines and grinders for home use, purchased directly from Monteriva starting from June 2020. Applies only when submitting service work to our shop in Alsnögatan 9 in Stockholm. Does not apply to coffee machines from JURA. Cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. We reserve against any misspellings and changes.
