Description
Italians go to Rimini for their summer holiday. They have heated discussions at the cafés.
Politics, food, love and of course football are topics that are discussed during loud conversations.
When you talk a lot and the coffee is to be consumed quickly, it is important to have a long and wonderful aftertaste. That was our inspiration for Marche. The coffee is both distinct and full-bodied.
Perfect for an espresso in the afternoon.
Marche is our second strongest blend and is very easy to appreciate.
If you want to get a glimpse of how coffee is drunk in Italy, Marche is a good start.
This 50/50 blend of Arabica and Robusta is a really good blend if you want a strong coffee that still allows other flavors to emerge. If you drink this with milk, you get the taste of both without anyone taking over. The rivalry exists, but with the right proportions. You get a really well-balanced drink that you are happy to drink again and again. To put it simply: if you serve this, your guests will keep coming back.
Marche is best brewed at a slightly lower temperature because a high content of Robusta is best extracted that way. We recommend brewing espresso somewhere just below 90 degrees.
A shorter brewing time is also preferable, 20 seconds works well.
